We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Customer First Consultent. Please find the below given Job Responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

Outbound/Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists and handle inbound inquiries from market.

Customer Profiling: Identify customer needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable loan products (e.g., Used Car Loan, New Car Loan, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans ).

Product Knowledge: Clearly and effectively explain the features, benefits, terms, and conditions of various loan products.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate new leads for meeting the required target.

Follow-up: Conduct consistent and timely follow-ups with prospective customers to move them through the sales pipeline.

Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information, call logs, and the lead status.

OTHER DETAILS

Experience:- 0 -5 years.

Salary :- 8,000 - 18,000. + incentive

Incentive

Earn upto 50,000 to 1 lac, (Based on performance ).
