We are looking for a Tele-Caller to join the team BHAVYA WEALTH MANAGEMENT. To proactively contact potential customers via telephone to provide information about BHAVYA WEALTH MANAGEMENT's diverse loan products (such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.) and convert qualified leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients using the provided lead database.Product Expertise: Clearly explain BHAVYA WEALTH MANAGEMENT's various loan products, features, benefits, interest rates, and application processes to customers. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify genuine leads based on predefined criteria and handover qualified prospects to the Sales Team for further processing.Handling Queries: Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections patiently and effectively, striving for first-call resolution where possible.Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects to nurture the relationship and move them further down the sales funnel.Data Management: Accurately record and update all call details, customer feedback, and lead status in the CRM system or designated tracking sheets in a timely manner.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.Job Requirements:The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 6month of experience. The position requires strong organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
