Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for calling potential leads provided by the company, explaining our products, and maintaining regular follow-ups. The role requires good communication skills, strong learning ability, and proper data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.

• Explain our marble and natural stone products to potential customers.

• Take regular follow-ups with interested clients.

• Encourage and coordinate showroom visits for customers.

• Maintain and update lead data and follow-up details in Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales/showroom team when required.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Fresher to 6 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

• Good grasping power and willingness to learn about products.

• Organized and comfortable handling lead follow-ups and call records.
