Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for calling potential leads provided by the company, explaining our products, and maintaining regular follow-ups. The role requires good communication skills, strong learning ability, and proper data management.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
Explain our marble and natural stone products to potential customers.
Take regular follow-ups with interested clients.
Encourage and coordinate showroom visits for customers.
Maintain and update lead data and follow-up details in Excel.
Coordinate with the sales/showroom team when required.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

Fresher to 6 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Good grasping power and willingness to learn about products.
Organized and comfortable handling lead follow-ups and call records.
