Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering incoming calls, sharing property information, and scheduling site visits. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, convert inquiries into prospects, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads from the provided database.

• Handle inbound inquiries and explain property details clearly and convincingly.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team.

• Maintain records of calls and update CRM systems regularly.

• Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads through timely communication.

• Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

• Provide accurate information about available projects, pricing, and offers.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
