We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to bring their Education expertise to our team at Bengal Building Solutions Private Limited in Kolkata, Garia. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should bring 0 - 0.5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Bengali, Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Below 10th is required, with a commitment to working 5 days working during the Flexible shift.
