We are looking for an experienced Tele caller with 2–3 years of experience in handling outbound and inbound calls. The candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling ability, and experience in achieving call or sales targets.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information
Explain company products/services to customers clearly
Generate leads and follow up on existing leads
Achieve daily and monthly calling or sales targets
Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-ups
Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections professionally
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Telecaller or Telesales Executive
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English required)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Experience in sales, customer support, or lead generation
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
