Telecaller

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tele caller with 2–3 years of experience in handling outbound and inbound calls. The candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling ability, and experience in achieving call or sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information

• Explain company products/services to customers clearly

• Generate leads and follow up on existing leads

• Achieve daily and monthly calling or sales targets

• Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-ups

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams when required

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Telecaller or Telesales Executive

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English required)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel

• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in sales, customer support, or lead generation

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

• Professional and customer-focused approach
