🎯 Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tele caller with 1–3 years of experience in outbound/inbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential customers, handling client queries, and achieving sales targets.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales
Follow up with existing and new customers regularly
Maintain and update customer database in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & sales targets
Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Prepare daily call reports and performance reports
✅ Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM software
Ability to handle objections and customer queries
Good listening skills
🎓 Qualification:
Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
1–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support
💼 Preferred Industry Experience:
Real Estate / EdTech / Insurance / Banking / Digital Marketing / BPO (Preferred but not mandatory)
