मेरा कार्य एक मैरिज ब्यूरो में होता है, जिसमें मुख्य रूप से लोगों से संपर्क करना और उनकी जानकारी को व्यवस्थित रूप से दर्ज करना शामिल है। मेरे काम की शुरुआत संभावित कस्टमर या प्रोफाइल से कॉलिंग करने से होती है। कॉल के दौरान मैं उनसे शालीन और विनम्र तरीके से बातचीत करती हूँ और विवाह से संबंधित आवश्यक जानकारी पूछती हूँ, जैसे नाम, उम्र, शिक्षा, पेशा, पारिवारिक विवरण, वैवाहिक स्थिति, पसंद-नापसंद और संपर्क विवरण आदि।कॉल के बाद प्राप्त सभी जानकारियों को मैं सबसे पहले अपनी कॉपी या रजिस्टर में साफ-साफ लिखती हूँ, ताकि कोई भी जानकारी छूट न जाए। इसके बाद वही जानकारी सही और व्यवस्थित ढंग से एक्सेल शीट में एंट्री की जाती है। एक्सेल शीट में डेटा डालते समय मैं नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, प्रोफाइल डिटेल्स और स्टेटस को अलग-अलग कॉलम में दर्ज करती हूँ, जिससे रिकॉर्ड रखना आसान हो जाता है।इसके अलावा समय-समय पर फॉलो-अप कॉल भी करनी होती है। फॉलो-अप के दौरान मैं कस्टमर से दोबारा बात करके यह पूछती हूँ कि उन्हें हमारी सर्विस में कोई प्रोफाइल पसंद आई है या नहीं, या उन्हें किसी तरह की सहायता चाहिए या नहीं। जो भी अपडेट मिलती है, उसे मैं तुरंत कॉपी और एक्सेल शीट दोनों में अपडेट करती हूँ।fresher r welcome
