Job Description
AV Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers, explaining company services, following up with potential clients, and generating leads.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company services and answer customer queries.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi; basic English is an advantage.
Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Salary
Fresher: ₹10,000 per month.
Experienced (6 months or more): ₹12,000–₹14,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
Incentives may be available based on performance.
