Telecaller

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Address and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Participate in occasional field visits to different branches.

• Manage walk-in customers and provide product information.

• Make daily calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and reports.
