Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, responding to inquiries, generating leads, and providing information about products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients or customers.

• Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule.

• Promote products or services using persuasive communication techniques.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team leader or manager.

• Handle customer objections and turn them into sales opportunities.

• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions.
