Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Tele Callers with a background in Business Loan sales, preferably in the DSA, banking, or NBFC sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling outbound calls, and driving business loan conversions.
Key Skills:
Handle outbound calls to potential customers for Business Loan offerings.
Generate and follow up on leads from business owners and self-employed individuals.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Identify customer requirements and convert leads into loan applications.
Coordinate with the sales and credit teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain calling records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Business Loan telecalling, DSA, banking, or NBFC sales.
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of Business Loan products and customer eligibility.
Ability to achieve calling and lead-conversion targets.
