Job Title:- Tele Caller For Payday Loans
We are hiring a Payday Loan Telecaller with 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling or financial services.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for payday loan offerings.
Explain loan products, features, eligibility, and repayment terms.
Generate and qualify leads for payday loan applications/ web journey.
Assist customers in completing loan application requirements.
Follow up with interested customers to ensure conversion.
Verify basic customer details over calls.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
Achieve calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or financial services
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of loan products (preferred)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
