Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote interior design services
Handle inbound leads from digital platforms (website, social media, campaigns)
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable interior solutions
Schedule design consultations or site visits for the sales/design team
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into confirmed projects
Explain services, pricing, and offers clearly to clients
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling/customer handling
Graduate (mandatory)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
