Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make high-volume calls to prospective clients (doctors, clinics, hospitals, patients, etc.) to promote the company’s healthcare services and solutions.
Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads by gathering necessary information during calls.
Product Knowledge: Stay well-versed with the company's services, healthcare products, and offerings to effectively communicate and provide accurate information to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Conversion: Qualify and convert leads into sales by addressing client queries, offering tailored solutions, and persuading them to use our services.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads and existing clients, ensuring they are satisfied and updating them about new services, promotions, or offers.
