Job Description:

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for our domestic BPO lead generation process. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain product/service details clearly and convincingly

Generate quality leads and update the CRM system

Follow up on previous leads as required

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
