We are looking for a Telecaller / Patient Care Executive to join our team at Ashwaveda Naturals Private Limited. The role involves speaking with patients who have already shown interest in our Ayurvedic products through our advertisements. You will understand their health concerns, provide product information, guide them with the right treatment options, and help them place orders. We provide verified paid leads, so there is no cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers who have enquired through our advertisements (Verified Paid Leads).
Understand patients' health concerns and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products.
Explain product benefits, usage, pricing, and treatment process clearly.
Resolve customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/software regularly.
Coordinate with dispatch and support teams for smooth order processing.
Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
Experience: 0 Months - 2 Years in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or BPO (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM/software.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
