ASCONS India is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Female Telecaller Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

## Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

* Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

* Explain company projects and services clearly.

* Generate and follow up on sales leads.

* Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

* Build strong relationships with clients.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

## Requirements

* Female candidates preferred.

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

* Freshers are welcome; experienced telecallers will be preferred.
