Job Responsibilities

Call prospective students and parents from the provided database.
Explain courses, admission procedures, and educational programs.
Counsel students regarding suitable education options.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM/Excel.
Schedule counseling sessions for interested candidates.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).
Confident and persuasive personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
