Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective candidates.
Explain course details, training schedules, fee structure, and certification benefits.
Counsel doctors, embryologists, and healthcare professionals regarding suitable training programs.
Follow up with leads generated through website inquiries, social media campaigns, webinars, and referrals.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.
Schedule counseling calls, demo sessions, and meetings with academic coordinators.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
Send course brochures, payment details, and admission-related information via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective participants.
Knowledge of handling API Dashboards, AI Automation, Google Spreadsheet and others AI Tools.
