We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, providing information about our products/services, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Maintain customer records in the database.

• Follow up with interested prospects and build strong client relationships.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
