Roles & Responsibilities:  Drive sales through warm calling, engagement of students, suggestive selling, and sharing course knowledge.  Manage the Calling through CRM and ensure the quality of calls and deliver best customer experience  Ensure deal closure, and achieve sales targets.  Responds to students’ queries.  Coordinate with students, parents, etc as per requirement.  Provide outstanding student experience.  Document sales by creating or updating records.  Manage financial transactions; ensure fees are received. Qualifications:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.  Ability to work with CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
