Telecaller

MKS Capital is looking for a confident and target-driven Telecaller to promote and sell our loan products, including Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, OD/CC Limits, and Car Loans.
The role involves calling potential customers, explaining loan features, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads

• Explain loan products clearly and professionally

• Conduct basic eligibility checks

• Maintain follow-ups with interested customers

• Update lead information in CRM/Excel

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain polite and professional communication at all times

🎯 Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (Hindi preferred, basic English)

• Good convincing and negotiation ability

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

• Target-driven and disciplined

• Prior loan sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)

• Fixed Salary (10K to 20K In Hand) + Attractive Incentives ( Up to- 1.5 Lacs)
