Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

• Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is a plus.
