Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, referrals, and other sources.
Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and career opportunities.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding course selection.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM software.
Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, and educational events when required.
