• Call prospective customers from the database.

• Explain loan and insurance products (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.).

• Schedule appointments for follow-up or documentation.

• Maintain proper records of calls and responses.

• Meet daily/weekly targets and contribute to team performance.
