JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER
Position: Telecaller
Location: Ram Darbar, Chandigarh
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 CTC (Based on Experience & Performance)
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate leads and maintain customer records.
Follow up with interested customers.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain daily call reports and updates.
Achieve assigned calling targets.
Coordinate with the team for customer follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria:
12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Job Details:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
