Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing company that specializes in cable clips, nylon cable ties, wall pluggers, and related electrical accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product features and handling inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to wholesalers, dealers, and retailers in electrical and hardware sectors.

• Explain the company’s products (cable clips, cable ties, wall plugs) and pricing structure.

• Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

• Answer incoming calls and resolve basic product-related queries.

• Coordinate with the dispatch team for order and delivery updates.

• Share brochures, catalogs, and quotations via email or WhatsApp as required.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
