Position: Tele Caller

Experience: 0–1 year

Language Required: Telugu (mandatory), Hindi/English is an added advantage

Work Location: jagadgiri gutta

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls professionally.

• Provide clear information about company products/services to customers.

• Maintain good communication and build rapport with customers.

• Handle customer queries politely and effectively.

• Record daily call reports and follow-up details.

• Register customer complaints/issues and forward them to the respective team.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduation.

• Good communication skills in Telugu.

• Freshers can apply (training will be provided).

• Must be confident, polite, and patient while speaking with customers.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

• Willingness to meet daily/weekly targets.
