Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks and manage inbound/outbound calls to support the front office and sales teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering queries.

• Maintain and update student/visitor records in registers and internal systems.

• Handle daily attendance, petty cash, courier dispatches, and inventory records.

• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.

• Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and other office-related activities.

• Support internal team with documentation and filing tasks.

Telecalling Duties:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients for follow-ups.

• Answer incoming inquiries and provide information about courses/services.

• Maintain a call log and update CRM with lead status and remarks.

• Schedule walk-ins and appointments for counseling sessions.

• Provide reminders and follow-up on payments or document submissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).

• Friendly and polite demeanor with customer-service orientation.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• Experience in telecalling or front office roles is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
