AMRR Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients regarding construction and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally
Generate and maintain client leads and follow-ups
Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
Maintain customer database and call records in Excel/CRM
Follow up with existing and new clients regularly
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Confident speaking and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Internet)
Positive attitude and customer handling skills
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced both can apply
Preferred
Experience in telecalling, real estate, construction, or customer support preferred
