We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert leads into business opportunities. This dual role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and a proactive attitude to drive sales growth.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
Explain company products/services and generate interest.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve queries.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospects.
Maintain call logs and update the CRM system regularly.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Arrange and attend meetings (in person or virtually) with clients to understand their needs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign efforts and lead generation strategies.
