Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents
Provide accurate information about aviation courses (Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Airport Jobs, etc.)
Convince leads to attend free counselling sessions / seminars
Follow up with interested students and manage enquiries
Maintain call records, student data, and follow-ups in CRM or registers
Coordinate walk-ins and support the counselling team
Submit daily call and enquiry reports to management
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Confident, polite, and convincing phone manner
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / calling software)
Ability to work with targets and handle pressure
Student-friendly and professional attitude
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Telecalling / counselling experience is an added advantage
