Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

  Making outbound calls to potential buyers or renters to introduce real estate projects and generate interest. 

• Qualifying Leads:

  Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and requirements, identifying potential clients for the sales team. 

• Providing Information:

  Explaining property features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients. 

• Scheduling Site Visits:

  Coordinating with the sales team and potential clients to schedule property viewings. 

• Following Up:

  Maintaining regular contact with leads to nurture them through the sales process and address any queries or concerns. 

• Maintaining Records:

  Keeping accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in the company's database or CRM system. 

• Meeting Sales Targets:

  Contributing to the overall sales performance of the team by converting leads into potential sales. 

• Providing Excellent Customer Service:

  Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Skills Required:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients. 

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and establish strong relationships.
