Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential customers to promote products/services and receiving calls to answer queries.
Sales & Lead Generation: Persuading customers to purchase products or services and setting up appointments.
Database Management: Accurately maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system.
Following Scripts: Utilizing predefined scripts to explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
Follow-ups: Contacting existing or potential clients for follow-ups to close sales.
Handling Objections: Resolving customer complaints and addressing queries with patience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English and/or regional languages.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer support is often preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to use computers, CRM software, and telephone systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, though a degree may be preferred.
