Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Online Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating sales leads, and converting inquiries into successful online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on online inquiries

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding products/services

• Explain product details, offers, and pricing clearly to customers

• Convert leads into online sales and achieve daily/monthly targets

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM or sales records

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing

• Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Basic knowledge of online sales and customer handling

  • Ability to handle rejection and work with targets

  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email, WhatsApp, etc.)

  • Experience in telecalling/online sales is preferred (freshers can apply)
    

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
