Location: Noida, Sector 2

Job Type: Full-Time (Office Based)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹152,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:

We are hiring a Female Telecaller for our office located in Noida Sector 2. The candidate should be confident, good at communication, and capable of handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain products and services clearly and effectively.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Maintain customer data and call records.
Follow up on leads and maintain positive relationships.
Meet daily and weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
Pleasant personality and confident on phone.
