Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers

Explain company products or services clearly and confidently

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate customer records and call details

Follow up with interested leads for conversion

Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines

Requirements & Skills

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

Good communication skills in Hindi / English (regional language is a plus)

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

Ability to work under targets and pressure

Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment

Prior telesales or tele calling experience is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

Freshers: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month
