The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process — from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals. The role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with requirements, and timely submission of tenders to maximize business opportunities.
Tender Identification & Management
Monitor government, corporate, and online tender portals for relevant opportunities.
Review eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and commercial conditions.
Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
Tender Preparation & Submission
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in line with client requirements.
Coordinate with finance, legal, operations, and technical teams to gather required information.
Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and tender conditions.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and future reference.
Track amendments, clarifications, and updates during the tender process.
Follow-up & Reporting
Follow up with clients and authorities for bid status and results.
Analyze lost tenders to identify improvement areas.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on tender status and pipeline.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or contracts.
Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
