Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process — from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals. The role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with requirements, and timely submission of tenders to maximize business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Identification & Management

    • Monitor government, corporate, and online tender portals for relevant opportunities.

    • Review eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and commercial conditions.

    • Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes.

  • Tender Preparation & Submission

    • Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in line with client requirements.

    • Coordinate with finance, legal, operations, and technical teams to gather required information.

    • Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.

  • Compliance & Documentation

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and tender conditions.

    • Maintain proper documentation for audits and future reference.

    • Track amendments, clarifications, and updates during the tender process.

  • Follow-up & Reporting

    • Follow up with clients and authorities for bid status and results.

    • Analyze lost tenders to identify improvement areas.

    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on tender status and pipeline.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or contracts.

  • Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals and procedures.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
