2. Key Responsibilities Contactand follow upon hot leads provided by the company. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services and solutions. Convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication and sales techniques. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Record and maintain data of all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
