Telecaller

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to bring their customer service and sales expertise to our team at AGA Aviation in Ghaziabad. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 in-hand salary, in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Job Requirements:

• The candidate should bring 1–3 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi and English.

• Must be able to handle customer issues calmly, provide accurate information, and escalate cases when required.

• A minimum qualification of 12th pass or Graduate is required.

• Must be available to work 5 days a week during the day shift (10 AM – 6 PM).

• Candidates with experience in aviation, education, or sales will be preferred.
