Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Location: Mangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year (Freshers are welcome)

Gender: Both Male and Female candidates can apply

Qualifications: Graduate preferred or minimum 12th pass

Work Location: In-person

Salary: 12k to 15k Per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team.

The role primarily involves telecalling (invitation calls) to prospective students for our

academy. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making calls, engaging with potential

leads, and contributing to the academy's outreach and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential students and invite them to join the academy's

training programs.

 Engage with prospects, provide information about available courses, and answer any

questions they may have.

 Maintain accurate and updated records of calls made and follow-up with leads as

needed.

 Assist in generating new leads and supporting the marketing team in promoting the

academy's offerings.

 Achieve targets related to lead generation and conversions.

 Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone during all calls.

Requirements:

 Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

 Prior experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.

 Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

 Basic proficiency in Hindi and English.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
