Telecaller – Skin, Hair & Aesthetic Clinic
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecaller to handle patient enquiries, generate appointments, and follow up with leads for our Skin, Hair & Aesthetic Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Contact leads generated through digital marketing, social media, and other sources.
Explain clinic services such as hair transplant, PRP/GFC, laser treatments, skin treatments, hydrafacial, peels, etc.
Convert enquiries into consultation appointments.
Follow up with interested and non-responsive leads regularly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the clinic team regarding scheduled consultations.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly consultation and conversion targets.
Provide a positive and professional patient experience.
Handle basic patient queries and escalate clinical questions to the concerned doctor/team.
