WE ARE LOOKIN FOR A TELECALLER TO JOIN OUR TEAM AONE CRED SOLUTION FOR PERSONAL LOAN PROCESS . THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOURCING , EVALUATING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL LOAN APPLICATIONS WHILE ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES AND REGULATORY STANDARDS . THE ROLE INVOLVES SALES , CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

IDENTIFY AND GENERATE LEADS FOR PERSONAL LOANS THROUGH COLD CALLING.

UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND RECOMMEND SUITABLE LOAN PRODUCTS.

ASSIST CUSTOMERS IN COMPLETING LOAN APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION.

EVALUATE APPLICATION FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND PERFORM BASIC CREDIT ASSESSMENTS.

COORDINATE WITH CREDIT AND OPERATIONS TEAMS TO PROCESS LOAN APPLICATIONS.

FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS ON DOCUMENTATION APPROVALS DISBURSEMENTS AND REPAYMENT SCHEDULES.
