We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers or potential customers to promote our products or services, generate leads, and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.

2. Promote products or services and generate leads.

3. Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

4. Meet sales targets and performance metrics.

5. Handle customer queries and concerns.

6. Update CRM software with customer interactions and feedback.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong sales and customer service skills.

3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

4. Basic knowledge of CRM software.

5. Fluency in languages KANNADA and ENGLISH.
