Job Summary

Abija Exports is looking for an experienced Telecaller to support sales and business development activities in the textile and apparel industry. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating business enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and following up on sales leads.

We are seeking a female candidate with strong multilingual communication skills and relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and business partners.
Explain company products and generate business enquiries.
Identify potential customers and maintain an updated database of leads.
Follow up with prospective customers to develop business opportunities.
Share product catalogues and company information through WhatsApp and email.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule customer appointments.
Maintain daily call records and customer details using MS Excel or CRM software.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare daily reports and update the reporting manager on call performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship management.
Good verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
Strong customer-handling, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Good coordination and time-management skills.
Experience in textile, apparel, B2B sales, or distributor development is preferred.
Any Degree or Diploma preferred.

Mandatory Language Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in all five languages listed below:

Tamil
Hindi
English
Malayalam
Kannada

The ability to communicate effectively in all five languages is mandatory for this position.
