Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote products/services, generate leads, close sales, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Follow up on leads generated by marketing or inbound inquiries.

• Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, issues, and market trends.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

• Good command of language(s) required for the role.

• Ability to understand products/services quickly.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
