We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote products/services, generate leads, close sales, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads generated by marketing or inbound inquiries.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, issues, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and quality standards.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Good command of language(s) required for the role.
Ability to understand products/services quickly.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.
