Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate new business, follow up with existing and prospective customers, promote our laundry and dry-cleaning services, and convert enquiries into sales.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
* Introduce and explain laundry, dry-cleaning, ironing, and other services.
* Generate leads and convert enquiries into paying customers.
* Follow up regularly with customers who have shown interest.
* Inform customers about offers, packages, memberships, and promotional schemes.
* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Coordinate with the operations/pickup and delivery team to ensure smooth customer service.
* Reactivate inactive or old customers through regular calling.
* Handle customer questions and basic complaints professionally.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain a good relationship with customers and encourage repeat business.
* Provide regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
